Terms of Service

Here are a few things to keep in mind when you’re working with a rush courier:

  • We do our very best to make your deliveries on time, every time.  But sometimes traffic, weather or other factors can make this impossible.  If we foresee any issues when you place your order we’ll let you know.  And of course, if we can’t provide the service you need, we’ll tell you.  You have the choice of either changing your service requirement or looking for another option.
  • We primarily deal in business to business deliveries.  While we do deliver to residences, it’s up to you to ensure that someone will be home or that your delivery can be left without a signature.  Each attempt to pick up and deliver will be charged to you.  You will also be charged to return an undeliverable package to you.
  • Our overnight rates are low because we have plenty of time to pick up and deliver your parcel.  Keep in mind that we are only concerned about the delivery time.  An overnight may not be picked up immediately but it will be delivered by the specified time.  If you need it picked up at a certain time you will be charged accordingly.
  • We operate cars only.  It’s what lets us keep our prices low.
  • If your recipient has moved we’ll redirect your package to the new address.  If it’s nearby there will be a $6.90 charge.  If it’s across town then we’ll call you to ask for instructions.
  • Multiple deliveries to the same building, but different floors, are charged at $3 for each additional drop.
  • If you’re not ready when our driver arrives, or if the people at the other end aren’t available, then we charge waiting time.  The first 5 minutes are included in the cost, but after that it’s 50¢/minute.
  • We do carry small, heavier items.  The first 25 pounds is included in the price, but for every additional 25 pounds, or any part of that, there will be a $2 fee.  Note that the driver may need to spend time loading and unloading larger deliveries and, if so, there will be waiting time charges applied.
  • Any order that fills our driver’s car will be done as a rush delivery.
  • Fragile or perishable articles must be packaged appropriately.  Please advise us when you place your order.
  • We offer rush services across Southern Ontario.  Our regular service area is Milton to Scarborough, Oakville to Markham, and everything in between, from Lake Ontario to Major Mackenzie Drive.  Call us for a price if it’s going outside of our regular service area.  If it’s not urgent, and can be delivered overnight, you’ll find better prices at one of the national carriers (UPS, FedEx, Purolator).  But if you need it delivered sooner than tomorrow, or if you just prefer our reliability, give us a call.
